Coach Jenny
My vision and a little of my story...
As a running coach and Physical Therapist Assistant with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in a holistic approach to both running and health. My training is built on continuous education in running mechanics, injury prevention, and customized running programs, allowing me to create personalized plans for runners of all experience levels.
Embarking on my running journey was never easy; I faced numerous challenges along the way. My commitment to improvement and my ability to overcome setbacks, including injuries, propelled me to complete up to the half marathon distance. This passion for running has only grown over time, culminating in my recent induction into my Westminster College Hall of Fame for my achievements in Cross Country and Track and Field. With several wins in 5k and half marathon races, I continue to embrace the joy of the journey
Running has shaped who I am, but my true passion is helping others grow through it. My collegiate coaching experience showed me how rewarding it is to guide athletes on their journeys and celebrate their progress. Today, as a mom still chasing my own goals—often with my son along for the ride—I bring that same dedication to you, helping you stay consistent and enjoy every step along the way.
